Minimal collection.clear boundaries
This policy explains what the public website collects, how information is used, and where website intake ends and confidential case handling begins.
Privacy for the public website, separate from case confidentiality.
This policy covers information submitted through the public website and limited technical information generated when the site is used. The contact form is an initial-inquiry channel, not an evidence portal. Sensitive case material should move only through a handling method agreed after intake.
Information NTRLNK collects
NTRLNK limits website collection to information reasonably needed to operate the site, protect it, and respond to inquiries.
Information you provide voluntarily
When you use the contact form, email, telephone, or text, you may provide your name, organization or law firm, contact details, preferred contact method, a brief matter description, relevant names for a conflict check, and any other information you choose to provide.
Information collected automatically
Hosting, delivery, and security systems may process technical logs such as an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referring URLs, and diagnostic or security events.
NTRLNK does not use website information for advertising profiles or behavioural marketing.
How information is used
Website information may be used to respond to an inquiry; conduct a preliminary conflict and fit review; arrange a consultation; maintain site security, reliability, and performance; prevent misuse; and meet applicable legal, professional, and business-record obligations.
NTRLNK does not sell, rent, or trade personal information and does not disclose it for another party's marketing.
Confidentiality in client communications
The public form is intended only for preliminary intake. Submitting it does not create an investigator-client relationship, establish an engagement, or authorize the transmission of sensitive evidence.
- Provide only enough information for an initial conflict and fit review.
- Do not attach or transmit sensitive evidence through the public website.
- After an engagement is accepted, NTRLNK and the client establish the appropriate communication and evidence-handling method for the matter.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site does not currently deploy an advertising or behavioural-analytics platform. Hosting, security, and delivery providers may use essential cookies or similar technologies needed to provide, protect, or balance the service.
The privacy-choice panel stores the visitor's selection in browser-local storage for up to 180 days so the site can remember whether optional YouTube media is permitted. Selecting “Essential only” keeps the embedded player disconnected. If a visitor continues without choosing, the panel closes after 20 seconds, after a meaningful scroll, or when the visitor uses the site navigation, and records “Essential only.” This automatic dismissal does not permit YouTube media. Visitors can review or change the selection at any time through “Privacy choices” in the footer.
Browser settings can also be used to limit cookies or clear the saved choice, although doing so may affect some functionality. If NTRLNK introduces a materially different analytics or cookie practice, this policy and the available controls will be updated.
Embedded content and separate services
One educational page offers YouTube's privacy-enhanced embedded player. The player is not connected on the visitor's first visit or after “Essential only” is selected. If the visitor allows YouTube media or chooses to load the presentation, the player is activated without autoplay. Loading or playing it may transmit technical information to Google or YouTube, and their own terms and privacy practices apply. Visitors may instead use the direct YouTube link.
The client portal and other external applications are separate services. Following a link to them leaves this public website and may result in collection under that service's policy.
Storage, protection, and retention
The website uses HTTPS in transit and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information collected. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Inquiry information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain an appropriate conflict or business record, protect the service, or satisfy applicable legal and professional obligations. Retention may vary with the nature and outcome of the inquiry.
Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, form delivery, email, security, or technical operations, but only to the extent reasonably needed to provide those functions.
NTRLNK may also disclose information with your authorization; to comply with applicable law or valid legal process; or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the service. NTRLNK does not sell information or disclose it to marketers.
External links
The website may contain links to external sites. NTRLNK is not responsible for their content or privacy practices and encourages visitors to review the policies of those sites.
Children's privacy
This professional-services website is not directed to children, and NTRLNK does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through it. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact NTRLNK for review.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. A request may require identity verification and may be limited by legal, professional, security, or record-retention obligations.
